D. 1841. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound Daniel WILLIAMS has been elected constable of Beat Number two in said County Now if the said Daniel WILLIAMS shall well and truly legally and faithfully perform all the duties which are or may be required of him by Law as said constable then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
