And Severally, firmly by these presents, Sealed with our Seals and dated the 24th day of 
May Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and forty one

The Condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas the above bounden Henry J. 
PICKARD is Coroner of said County and whereas, the duties of Sheriff of said County 
de___ upon him, as Coroner as aforesaid by reason of and during the vacancy of present 
existing in Said Office of Sheriff of said County: Now if the said PICKARD, shall well, 
and truly, faithfully and legally, discharge and perform all the duties ____lved upon him 
as Coroner of Said County, as aforesaid, performing the duties of Sheriff as aforesaid, 
during his Continuance in the Capacity of Coroner acting, acting as Sheriff of said 
County as aforesaid - then this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and 
effect.
