recover of the said defendants and George W. DILL___ their security in the ____ bond 
the sum of ninety two Dollars and forty cents ___ ____  together with her costs in this 
___  for which exe___ ___ ___ - This cause and the following cause No 88 between the 
same parte, by consent of the parte, having been consolidated.

considered by the court that the plaintiff recover of said defendants and Isiah PERRY 
their security in the appeal bond the sum of sixty six 40/100 Dollars Damages for which 
executrors?? may issue.
