FARROW ET AL; ESTATE OF JAMES FARROW 1869 The State of Alabama Tallapoosa County Know all men by these Presents, That we Sarah E. Farrow, Toliver M. Gray, and Silas Farrow are held and firmly bound unto Allen D. Sturdivant, Judge of the Court of Probate for said County, and his successors in office, in the penal sum of Three thousand Dollars; for which payment, well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this 24th day of May 1869. The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above bound Sarah E. Farrow has been appointed Administrator of the Estate of James Farrow deceased: Now, if the said Sarah E. Farrow shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of her as such Administrator, then the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force. Sarah E.
