GOODWIN Minors and move the Court for the Allowance of their amount filed for annual Settlement with the Estate of said Minors on the 4th day of March 1850 and reported for allowance at an Orphans Court to be held on 3 Monday in April 1850 and from thence continued with this term of the Court be allowed. GOODWIN minors and prays the Court that her amount and vouchers in the Estate of said minors filed for annual settlement and stated by the Court on the 7th day of February 1848 and reported for allowance at this term of the Court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that nothing has been posted up at the Court House and three other public places in the Count for the space of Forty days notifying all persons of the filing of the said amount and vouchers and of the time appointed for the allowance of the same and no one appearing ____ ___ of the allowance of the same. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that the amount of said vouchers of the said Mary J. GOODWIN, Guardian of Mary F & Thomas J.
