COURT CLERK LEDGER

Tallapoosa Co., AL

This ledger was found at the Tallapoosa Courthouse.  The ledger appears to be a 
listing by the Clerk of cases, summons and dispositions.  The ledger is 
untitled and was probably used by the Clerk to keep track of cases.
The ledger is divided into three columns; (1) the names of the plaintiffs, 
defendants and case number, (2) the date a summons was issued, to whom and the 
costs, (3) the disposition of the case.
