REPORT OF COURT IN THE DOWER RIGHTS OF JANE LACKS 1854

We the undersigned having been summoned by the Sheriff of Tallapoosa County to set off by Metes & Bounds the dower 
of Jane Lacks, the relict and widow of Solomon Lacks decd. Beg leave to Report to the Hon. Judge of Probate County 
of Tallapoosa County.  Having met on the premises and reviewed them, we have set off as Dower to the said widow, the 
N. E. ¼ of S. W. ¼ of Section 24 T22, R22 and Ten acres off of the North End of the S. E. ¼ of the S. W. ¼ same Section. 
Township & Range-and we hereby certify it as near as Equitable Dower according the conditions of the writ of Dower in 
said case.
