Personally appeared before me, M. C. Lane, Judge of Probate for said County, 
Green Talbot, Stephen Moore & Toliver Hancock appraisers of the Estate of 
Solomon Lacks and who being duly Sworn an oath saying that the foresaid is a 
true and correct appraisement and singulars the goods and chattels rights and 
credits of the said Solomon Lacks decd. As made by us the 9th day of March 1853.
Sworn to and subscribed before me on this the 10th day of March 1853.
