W. C. GRESHAM & JAMES M. RAY EXERS. BOND; SOLOMON LACKS ESTATE

The State of Alabama
Tallapoosa County
Know all men by these presents that we James M. Ray, William C. Gresham, John 
J. Holley and W. M. A. Mitchell of the County and State aforesaid, are held and 
firmly unto M. C. Lane, Judge of the Court of Probate for said County, and his 
successors in office, in the penal sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, 
for which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, our 
heirs, Executors, administrators, jointly & severally firmly By these presents-
sealed with our seals and dated this 19th day of February A. D. 1853.
The Condition of the Above obligation is such that whereas the above bound 
James M. Ray & William C. Gresham have been appointed Executors of the Estate 
of Solomon Lacks, deceased.  Now if the said James M. Ray and William C. 
Gresham shall and truly perform all the duties which are, or may be by Law 
required of them, as such Executors-then the above obligation to be void, 
otherwise to remain in full force.
