DANIEL RAY; APPLICATION OF RETAIL LICENSE 1851

Court of Probate February Term 1851
Daniel Ray, Exparte
Application for Retail License
This the 15th day of February 1851 came Daniel Ray who applies for License to 
Retail Spirituous Liquors at a place in said County known as Silas Rays Mill 
in said County and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said 
Daniel Ray has fully complied with the requisites of the Statue in such case 
made and provided.  It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Daniel 
Ray be licensed to retail spirituous Liquors at Silas Rays Mills in Tallapoosa 
County for twelve months commencing from this date.
