SUMERAL DENNIS, JR. ET AL; ESTATE OF CASSEY RAY 1870

The State of Alabama
Tallapoosa County
Know all men by these Presents, That we Sumeral Dennis Jr., John A. Terrell & 
Frederick A. Vaughan are held and firmly bound unto Allen D. Sturdivant, Judge 
of the Court of Probate for said County, and his successors in office, in the 
penal sum of Eight hundred Dollars; for which payment, well and truly to be 
made and done, we bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, 
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 4th day of June 1870.
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above bound 
Sumeral Dennis has been appointed Administrator of the Estate of Cassey Ray 
deceased:  Now, if the said Sumeral Dennis shall well and truly perform all the 
duties which are or may be by law required of him as such Administrator, then 
the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force.
