PHILLIP WOLF ET AL; GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS 1863

The State of Alabama
Tallapoosa County
Probate Court of said County
Know all men by these Presents, That we Phillip Wolf, Samuel T. Ray and Charles 
C. Polk are held and firmly bound unto Allen D. Sturdivant, Judge of the Court 
of Probate for said County, and his successors in office, in the penal sum of 
Two thousand Dollars; for which payment, well and truly to be made and done, we 
bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, jointly and 
severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 3rd day of February 1863.
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above bound 
Phillip Wolf has been appointed Guardian of the Estate of Joseph B. Ray and 
Washington Ray, minors:  Now, if the said Phillip Wolf shall well and truly 
perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of him as such 
Guardian, then the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full 
force.
