DANIEL RAY ET AL; ESTATE OF SARAH RAY 1867

The State of Alabama
Tallapoosa County
Know all men by these Presents, That we Daniel Ray, James Vickers, and James M. 
Berry and William Ray are held and firmly bound unto Allen D. Sturdivant, Judge 
of the Court of Probate for said County, and his successors in office, in the 
penal sum of Eight hundred Dollars; for which payment, well and truly to be 
made and done, we bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, 
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this Eighteenth day of November A. D. 1867
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above bound 
Daniel Ray has been appointed Executor of the Estate of last will and testament 
of Sarah Ray deceased:  Now, if the said Daniel Ray shall well and truly 
perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of him as such 
Executor, then the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full 
force.
