DANIEL RAY; APPLICATION FOR RETAIL LICENSE 1851

Court of Probate Term 1851 

Daniel Ray, Ex Parte
Application for Retail License
On this the 15th day of February 1851 came Daniel Ray who applies for License 
to retail spirituous Liquors at Silas Ray’s Mills in the County of Tallapoosa.  
And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said Daniel Ray had 
fully complied with the requisites of the statues in such case made and 
provided.  It is therefore ordered by the court that the said Daniel Ray be 
Licensed to retail spirituous Liquors at Silas Ray’s Mills in Tallapoosa County 
for the term of one year from the date above.
