Simmons and wife Narcissa J. Simmons of the County and State aforesaid, for an in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars to us in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained and sold, and do by these presents, bargain sell, alien, convey and confirm unto Lucius L. Brewer an undivided one half interest in a certain tract or parcel of land lying, being, and situate in said county and state and known and described as follows: The North East 1/4 of Section 31, and six chains and sixty five links off the North side of the S.W. 1/4 and six chains and sixty five links off the North side of the W. 1/2 of the S.E. 1/4 It all being in Section 31, Township 21, Range 24,containing in all Two Hundred acres more or less . To have and to hold to the said Lucious L. Brewer his heirs and assigns forever. Witness our hands and seals this the 18th day of March, 1885 T.S. Simmons and N.J. Simmons, also attest by W.T. Rowe and N.E. Rowe W.T. Rowe, Notary Public and Ex off Justice of Peace certified the signatures of Tillman S. Simmons and Narcissa J. Simmons separately Additional Comments: et al includes Tillman S. Simmons and Narcissa J. Simmons. Grantee was the brother of Narcissa.
