The "legatees of the estate of Nathaniel McDill" sell 320 acres to William A. 
Stricklin for $200.  Signatures of James McDill, Thomas McDill, and mark of 
Nathaniel L. McDill.

Additional Comments:
To date, no estate records have been located for Nathaniel McDill at the 
courthouse.  He is known to have had 4 other children:  William, Isabella Jane 
m. David Sargent, Sarah m. John Hubbard, and Amanda m. James Hughes.  Nathaniel 
bought at least some of this land in 1852 from Henry Stricklin.
