Meriwether County//       sent that I FRANKLIN
FARROW  of Tallapoosa County Alabama him
this day transferred sold Convey & assigned & set
over to JAMES HINES of Meriwether County State
of Geogia for the sum of four hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid the receipt whereof I acknowl
edge & do now transfer all my ----
both & interest & claim in and to BARTHOLOMEW
TAYLOR late of Meriwether County State of Georgia
the same coming to Mrs LUCINDA POWERS under &
in -------- of the will of the said BARTHOLOMEW
TAYLOR her father consisting of a remainder in line
negroes, land, plantation stock of all kinds
Household & Kitchen furniture after the death of
NANCY TAYLOR  the widow of the said BARTHOLOMEW
TAYLOR he having willed to her a life Estate in
said property
