A. Hughey, G. W. Hughey, F. R., T. J. Hughey, Ida Hughey, J. M. Hughey, Exie Hughey, V. B. Hughey, Mattie Hughey, L. B. Wisner and N. L. Wisner for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and twenty dollars to us in hand paid by B. F. Golden, the receipts whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed all and right title and interest in the above described land and by these presents do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said B. F. Golden heirs and assigns the following described real estate situated in the county of Tallapoosa and State of Alabama to wit: The SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except one acre in the North West Corner of Sec 25 T19 R22 East in Tallapoosa County also beginning at the 1st corner of said Land thence North 6 1/2 chains, thence South 78 1/2 degrees West 10.85 chains, thence South 43 1/2 degrees West five chains West 75 chains thence South 6 1/2 chains, containing sixty two acres, one rod and 36 poles. To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the said B. F. Golden heirs and assigns forever and we do covenant with the said B. F. Golden heirs and assigns that we are lawfully siezed in fee of the aforegranted premises that they are free from all incumbrances; that we have a good right to sell and convey the same to the said B. F. Golden heirs and assigns; and that we will warrant and defend the premises to the said B. F. Golden his heirs and assigns forever against the claims and demands of all persons. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 1st day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four. {It is written in the document as Nine Hundred but this has to be in error} Signed, Sealed and delivered in the} presence of G. Wisner whose names are signed to the forgoing conveyance and who are known to me acknowledged before me on this that being informed of the contents of the conveyance they executed the same voluntarily on day the same bears date.
