J. PICKARD, Coroner to Uriah DUNN The State of Alabama Tallapoosa County By virtue of a Fina Facia issue from the county court of Chambers county in said state at the suit of Charles L. LEE and against Grun W. HILL and Elijah WEBB bearing date the fifteenth April 1841 and to me directed. I Henry J. PICKARD Coroner of Tallapoosa County did lately levy on and seize the lot tract or parcel of land herein after specified, and after being duly and publicly advertised according to law did at Dadeville in said county of Tallapoosa on Monday the sixth day of June 1841 proceed at public outcry to sell the same when Uriah DUNN was the highest and best bidder therefore at the price of fifty six dollars, the same being knocked off to him the said Uriah DUNN for the sum aforesaid. In consideration of which, I Henry J. PICKARD Coroner as aforesaid do hereby bargain sell and convey unto him the said Uriah DUNN his heirs and assigns the following described property to wit The south west quarter of the section thirty in township twenty two of range twenty three. To have and to hold said bargained property or premises unto him the said Uriah DUNN his heirs and assigns forever. And I the said Henry J. PICKARD Coroner as aforesaid do so far as the office of Coroner authorizes me hereby warrant said property or real estate, unto him the said Uriah DUNN his heirs and assigns, and the same to have, hold, use and enjoy in the same manner the aforesaid Grun W. HILL and Elijah WEBB defendants as aforesaid could or might have held and enjoyed said property had not the same been seized and sold by virtue of the aforesaid Fina Facias. In testimony whereof I the said Henry J. PICKARD Coroner as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of June 1841.
