enlisted in the civil war from Tallapoosa co. co. b 47 th. al. per obituary  filed in Henry co. Ga. 
he applied for pension from 1900 through 1907. he was on the 1860 census in Tallapoosa Al. p.116, 
Eagle Hill P.O. enumerated 22 aug. 1860. he moved to Henry co. Ga. afther the war.
