MORTGAGE SALE.
BY virtue of a mortgage made to the undersigned. by E Corley, on the 30th day of
November, 1840, and 
recorded in bond book (B) page 167, in the County Clerk's office of Tallapoosa
county, on the 4th 
December 1840, will be sold at the court-house door in Dadeville, Tallapoosa
county,
On the FIRST MONDAY in JANUARY, 1868, the following described land, to wit:
The north-east quarter and the north-east quarter of the north-west quarter of
section four.
