Ashland Progress
A little child of Mr. and Mrs. Lon Daugherty, who reside near the line of Clay 
and Tallapoosa County, was badly burned Tuesday and died Wednesday morning. It 
was standing before the fire when its clothing caught in flames, according to 
reports.

Additional Comments:
Possibly buried Valley Grove Cemetery.
