Alexander City Outlook
The people of this section regretted to learn of the death of L. V. Goodwin, 
which occurred at Newport News. The deceased returned from France recently but 
was taken to a hospital immediately upon arrival in this country and was never 
able to leave it. His body was brought to this city and carried to Valley Grove 
church where the funeral and interment took place. Besides his parents, he leaves 
a young wife and many other relatives and friends to mourn over his passing away.
