Death Notices From THE SIFTINGS (Alexander City)

February 18, 1910:

(Sandy Valley) Mr. Jim YATES, son of Mr. Bill YATES, of near Rocky Creek 
Church, died Saturday. His death was caused by a tumor on the lungs… His 
remains were interred at Rock Mountain Monday morning.
