"Sacred to the memory of B.F. Neighbors, Born May 7th 1839, Died Mar 29, 1888."
 
[With the following two epitaphs, ID's and a date at the bottom of the slab:]

"Dearest Father thou hath left us Thy loss we daily feel But 'tis God who has 
bereft us He can all our sorrows heal." /s/CHRILDEN [sic]

"A precious one from us has gone A voiced we loved is stilled A face
is vacant in our home Which never can be filled." N.P. Oct 31, 18[88 or 89?]
