The names for the M.D.  ad the undertaker are not deciferable on this copy. The 
record does not list the maiden name for the spouse. I have added that to the 
record. 

Additional Comments:
The death certificate indicates that the places of birth for Tillman and 
Narcissa Simmons is Tallapoosa County. According to further research. These are 
not correct. Narcissa was born in Newton County, Georgia and Tillman was born 
in either Chambers County, Alabama or Harris County Georgia. His family did not 
move to Tallapoosa until 1856
