[Marriage Bond]
THE STATE OF ALABAMA, TALLAPOOSA COUNTY.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WE Robert B Yarbrough and J M Orrick are 
held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama, in the penal sum of Two 
Hundred Dollars, for which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind 
ourselves, our and each of our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, 
jointly, and severally, firmly, by these presents, sealed with our seals and 
dated this 13th day of August A.D. 1855.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if there be no lawful 
cause why Robert B Yarbrough and Martha Hendrix should not be joined together 
in the holy union of matrimony, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to 
remain in full force and virtue.
