Hickman and to his heirs and assigns forever the following list of land in Tuscaloosa Co and State of Alabama aforesaid to say NE qr of NW 1/4 Sect 13 Township 24 Range 3 East in Tuscaloosa Land district Ala And I the said William Robertson do hereby covenant with the said William P. Hickman that I am seized of an Estate in fee simple in said land that said land is free from any incumbrance and that I will warrant and defend the title of the said William P.
