Robertson of the county of Tuscaloosa and State of Alabama of the first part Frances F. Burge trustee of Atlanta Georgia of the second part and Byrd W. Burge of Atlanta Georgia of the third part witnesseth that the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to him in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and also in consideration of the natural love and affection which he the party of the first part doth have and bear to his nephew the said party of the third part, he the said paarty of the first part hath given, granted, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth give, grant, convey and confirm to the said party of the second part trustee as aforesaid his negro boy John aged about fifteen years, to have and to hold the said negro boy John, and all right, title and interest in him of every kind to the said party of the second part trustee as aforesaid or to such other trustees in the premises as she may designate and appoint as herein after provided in trust never the less. That is the party of the second part or any person she may appoint for the purpose shall hold title in the said boy John to the sole use, benefit and behalf of the party of the third part his heirs and assigns forever, and the party of the second part is hereby authorised and empowered at any time to appoint any other person she may deem fit as trustee with all the powers herein confirmed on said party of the second part, and also the party of the of the second part while acting as trustee in the premises may at any time if she shold deem it best for them for the interest of the party of the third part convey to him wholly and fully the interest title and legal interest and equiable interest and title to the said boy John, provided herein that the party of the third part shall from this time forward and at all times have the possesion and control of said boy John the same being in accordance with the ... and effect of the provisions of this deed, it being the object of the party of the first part permanently to secure to the party of the third part the use, benefits and profits arising from the said boy John in testimoney whereof the party of said have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the year and day first above written. Christian of the second part Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twelve dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all the following prescribed lands known as the sixth of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 20 and the NE 1/4 of Sec. No. 29 in To. No. 18 of Range No. 9 West Containing eighty acres more or less together with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and also all the estate right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of William Robertson the said party of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the whole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. Hickman of Tuscaloosa Alabama J. W. Robertson of the county & State aforesaid do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William P. Hickman and to his heirs and assigns forever the following list of land in Tuscaloosa Co and State of Alabama aforesaid to say NE qr of NW 1/4 Sect 13 Township 24 Range 3 East in Tuscaloosa Land district Ala And I the said William Robertson do hereby covenant with the said William P. Hickman that I am seized of an Estate in fee simple in said land that said land is free from any incumbrance and that I will warrant and defend the title of the said William P.
