Second I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Orphy, all of my Estate Real Personal as mixed of which I shall die seized and [?] as to which I shall be entitled at the time of Decease to have and to hold the same to her and her Executors and Administrators and Assigns forever. Third I do nominate and appoint my Brother James White to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained on one sheet of paper, and that sheet subscribed my name and set my seal, this the 6th day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty one. his A B x White mark Test. White a Subscribing Witness to a paper purporting to be the last will and testament of A B White deceased, and propounded by James White the Executor therein named and the said Wm C White being duly sworn deposed and says that he saw Testator sign his name to said Will by making his mark thereto after his name was written, that testator was of sound mind disposing memory, and that he [?] attended said Will at the request of the Testator, and in the presence of the Testator, and in the presence of the other subscribing Witnesses, and that the other Subscribing Witnesses, to wit, Jackson Brown, G. P. Bailey, and Rufus Springer, all signed their respective names thereto as witnesses in his presence, and in the presence of the Testator, and at the request of Testator.
