The Mountain Eagle newspaper 7/10/1901

Tom O’REAR died at the home in Carbon Hill of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. 
O’REAR. He had been to Perry, Florida and returned from his work there on 
Saturday night before his death Wednesday night. Heart trouble aggravated by 
malaria was the cause of death. The burial was at Chickasaw.
