Nov. 23. - (Special.) The reception given yesterday afternoon by Mrs. Walter Gulley in home of her brother's bride, Mrs. Mathew C. Smith, was a very delightful affair. Receiving with Mrs. Gulley was the guest of honor and three other recent brides, Mrs. George R. Rau, Mrs. J. W. Strudwick and Mrs. R. H. Somes. Mrs. Smith wore a handsome gown of white crepe de chine with lace. Mrs. Rau wore a princess empire gown of white messaline and lace. Mrs. Somes wore a chiffon cloth. Mrs. Gulley received in an imported gown of white lace. (Mrs. Gulley was a former resident of Camden by the name of Miss Kate Smith.)
