Wilcox Progressive Era, Thursday, June 23, 1904

Death of Mr. Sim Corley
  It will cause sorry to many friends of Mr. Sim Corley, to learn that
this good old man, died at his home, near Awin, on May 16th, 1904, 
aged 72 years. Mr. Corley was one of our best citizens. He was a good
farmer and hospitable, generous and true to his friends, his party and
his church. Mr. Corley leaves a widow, who was a Miss Warren and one
daughter, Mrs. Lum Steen, and five grand-children, and eleven great-
grand-children. To the bereaved, the sympathies of The Progressive 
Era are extended.
