Wilcox Progressive Era, Thursday, June 7, 1906
Mrs. J. M. Campbell Dead.
  Mrs. Campbell was born in Wilcox County, married and moved to Texas, 
where she died on 27th day of May, 1906. She was the sister of Judge C. 
C. Ray, of Camden. She was a member of a large family of boys and girls 
and of these only four brothers and one sister survive her.
