Katherine Fuller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Fuller, age 7 months. She had been unwell for several days, and was taken very suddenly Aug. 4th, 4:30 p. m., with acute congestion of the bowels, and died at 6 p. m. She was buried at Pollard, Ala. Those who accompanied the remains of this little one to its last resting place were Mrs. W. B. Reynolds, Rev. G. K. Williams, Capt. J. H. Fuller, Miss Cora Mayo, and Mrs. Mamie Brewton. While we give to this bereaved family our heartfelt sympathy, we know that in such an hour human aid counts for but little, time alone can heal such grief, we can only say that we feel for them, and point them to the invitation of him who tempers the winds to the shown lambs, who says, "Suffer little children to come unto me, may these sorely afflicted parents find comfort in the scriptural assurance that their little one is at rest in the care and keeping of Him who doeth all things well."
