Wilcox Progressive Era, Thursday, October 3, 1907
Death of Little Mary E. Savage.
  Little Mary Helen Savage died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. H. 
Savage, September 25th, 1907. She was ill only three days, being a victim of 
membranous croup.
  She was the youngest member of the family, having been born March 9th, 1902. 
Affectionate, amiable, sunny-tempered, she was a great favorite in her 
immediate neighborhood as well as in her home, and her death, so sudden and 
unexpected, is a source of much grief in the circle to which she brought so 
much sunshine.
  The bereaved household has the sympathy of many friends.
