H. Williams, aged 3 months. He was our darling baby, and we loved him. He was only a sweet flower that springeth up in morning, and at eve he was cut down, and is carried to Heaven to be an angel ever more. He will never know the sorrow of this wicked world. These two children were first cousins and were beloved by all. Good bye our little darlings. I hope we will meet you all again in that happy home above for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to do his good pleasure. Two precious ones from us have gone. Voices we loved are stilled. A place is vacant in our home which never can be filled. God in his wisdom has recalled the boon his love has given and though their bodies slumber here, their souls are safe in Heaven. By their uncle. Joe M. Ross. Additional Comments: The second child (1st cousin) referred to in this article was Leona Ross. Leona Ross' obituary appeared immediately above this article in the Wilcox Progressive Era newspaper of September 28, 1905.
