COBB - WATSON
Marriage of a Popular Young Couple at Watson's Crossing.
  The marriage of Mr. Simeon Matthews Cobb to Miss Dannie Elloitt Watson 
occurred at the home of the brides father, Mr. J. J. E. Watson, at Watson's 
Crossing on Sunday afternoon, April 5. The ceremony was performed by Rev. A. P. 
Majors. The wedding was a very quiet one, only about a dozen near relatives 
being present.
  Immediately after the ceremony the happy couple repaired to a cozy little 
home near by which the groom had prepared in which they were to settle down and 
go to housekeeping.
  The bride is a very pretty and exceedingly popular young woman, and Mr. Cobb 
the groom is general manager of the Wilcox Naval Stores Company, and is a 
splendid business man. He and his bride have a host of friends in the county 
who wish for them every joy, and that prosperity may ever attend them.
