Mr. G. K. Ptomey of near Pine Apple, Ala., and Miss Lula Cowart of Evergreen, Ala., were happily married at the bride's home on 1st inst., and returned to the home of the groom on the 2nd. Quite a crowd from Pine Apple went with Mr. Ptomey over to Evergreen and also quite a crowd from Evergreen was out to see the marriage. Among them was Mr. F. L. Riley, proprietor of The Racket Store. There was a large crowd present, and the bride and groom received several nice presents. All report a nice time.
