Black and died leaving issue Wm Franklin James Mac Adam Davis Francis Putnam Mary Matilda & John Joseph Columbus Black all minors and non residents and Mary Ann Davis William G Davis Vilott E Davis minors and residents of Perry County are entitled to distributive shares of said land each and that an equal distribution cannot be made of said land by division prays the said court to order the said land to be sold for a distribution among those entitled to a distributive share and your petition in as in duty bound will ever pray. Davis administrator of the Estate of Robert Davis deceased for the sale of a certain tract of land mentioned and described in said petition as the East half of the North East quarter of section thirty one in Township eleven of range seven in the Cahaba land District for the purpose of making distribution among the heirs. Herein fail not & have you then there this notice with your endorsement thereon. Witness John P.
