(2) I bequeath also to my wife two milk cows and mule. (3) I bequeath to my son Paul Andrews the remainder of my personal property after Section two of this my will have been complied with. (4) I desire that the following real estate are described go to my son Paul Andrews and his heirs and assigns forever. Two lots in Allenton town - lying and situated east of E.B. Carter home place - Also SE1/4 of the NW1/4 Sec 3 T11 R10 containing 40 acres more or less - The above lands being in Allenton beat and Wilcox County and State of Alabama - Also the following described lands being in Monroe County and State of Alabama namely - The SW1/4 of NW1/4 and W1/2 of the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec 24 excepting therefrom the Railroads right of way said to containone and one half acre - Also the S1/2 of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 and the S.E. corner of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Sec 23 all in Township 10 and Range 9 - and containing 88 1/2 acres more or less. (5) I hereby appoint Mr. John T. Dale as my executor of this my last will - without bond and without being accountable to any court cost or person for the manner of executing this my last will.
