Morgan, of the County of Wilcox and State of Alabama, being sick and low in body, but of sound and dispensing mind, do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner as follows. I lend to my wife Sally Morgan all of my property both real and personal during hernatural life. After her death I then give to my son John Morgan, the west half of the southeast quarter of Section thiry two in Township twelve of Range five East containing seventy nine 15/100 acres, and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section thirty two, Township twelve of Range five East, containing thirty nine 87/100 acres. I give and bequeath to my son Jessie Morgan the south east quarter of the southeast quarter of Section thiry two in Township twelve of Range five East, containing thirty nine 87/100 acres, also the west half of the southwest quarter of Section thirty three in Township twelve of Range five East, containing seventy nine 87/100 acres. I give and bequeath to my grandson John R. Champion, the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 5 in Township eleven, Range five. I give and bequeath to my son James Morgan, the southwest fourth of the southwest quarter of Section four, in Township eleven and Range five, minus seven acres, and the north half of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section five, Township eleven and Range five, being forty acres. I give and bequeath to my son-in-law, John Thomas Champion, the northwest fourth of southwest fourth of Section four, Township eleven, Range five east, containing forty acres, after the death of my wife, the balance of my land, I give and bequeath to children and grandchildren, after the death of my wife, the balance of my property that I have not hereby given. I give and bequeath to my children, my grandson John R. Champion, my four grandchildren, the children of my dead son William Morgan, share and share alike to be equally divided amongst them to them and their heirs forever. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Sally Morgan, Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal.
