Marion Homer Williams
Marion Homer Williams, 77, of Elkhart, Ind. and formerly of Walker and Winston
Counties, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, in Indiana.  Services were held today at 2 p.m.
at Kilgore-Green Chapel with burial in Black Pond Cemetery in Winston County. 
Rev. Norris Steadman and Rev. Learon West officiated with Kilgore-Green Funeral
Home directing.
He is survived by four daughters, Lucille Sims of Akron, Ohio, Cloa Holoway and
Linda Werick both of Elkhart, Ind., and Estelle Gay of Jasper; one son, J.L.
Williams of Vivian, La.; on stepdaughter, Jeroline Petit of Elkhart, Ind.; one
stepson Robert Holoway of Elkhart, Ind.; seven sisters, Lee Curtis, Farrie
Walker, Dora Williams, Ada Shirley, Clara Gibson, Josie Story and Martha Ann
Irby; three brothers, Henderson Williams, Oliver Williams and Earnest Williams;
26 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Several family names were misspelled in the obituary.  Here are the correct
spellings:
