Scull Cemetery - Arkansas County, Arkansas *********************************************************** Submitted by: Sandra Kornegay Rhodes Date: 20 Sep 2001 Copyright. I remember my mother talking about Arkansas Post and I wanted to visit there. I was disappointed to find Arkansas Post is no longer a town. A state park marks the spot of Arkansas Post (Arkansas Post Memorial.) I hoped to visit an old cemetery perhaps with French names upon the tombstones. The park personnel were very helpful and directed me to the Scull Cemetery which is a stone's throw from the park and the oldest cemetery in Arkansas. To get to the cemetery it would be best to drive to the park and ask for directions. Scull Cemetery is well maintained and easy to access. If you know of anyone buried in this cemetery and not listed please notify me . Also if you find errors in the information below I would appreciate you letting me know. ************************************************************************************* The following information was recorded January 1999 by Sandra Kornegay Rhodes Submitted by: Sandra Kornegay Rhodes Sep 20 2001 ************************************************************************************* Anderson, Ada H. b.
