County of Arkansas,    To any Person  Authorized by Law  to solemnize
Marriage-Greetin:
                       YOU ARE HEREBY COAMMANDED to solmnize the Rite and
publish the Banns of Matrimony between Mr. William Edward Helms of Stuttgart in
the County of Arkansas and state of Arkansas, age 23 years, and Miss. Elizabeth
Preston of Stuttgart, Arkansas and state of Arkansas, age 15 years, according
to law, and
do you officially sign and return this License to the parties herein named.
