Sunington? 160 acres of land for the Estate to which it was necessary from its …gerity to the homestead. The Deed came from H.C. Dade in whom was this legal title. Dade first sold the land to Hosea George by title bond at a sum which amounted to $1000 when the Deed was made see the Deed on page 100 of Book in the Recording office of Ashley County the land in fact being the SE qr of Sec 22 T 18S R4W but I had to give $[blank] first.
