Tiner due 16th Jany 1855 & possibly not recoverable for $136.00 1 note on Rebecca Low’s due 1st Jany 1855 $62.00 1 note on Jno Cambell due 20th Jany 1855 $9.00 1 note on T.J. Thompkins due 25th Dec 1855 $41.00 $423.00 Total $426.00 I also state that said Hill’s Est may be intitled to a small interest in the Estate of Elizabeth Reid decd being perhaps $300 Hill distributive share but it is doubtful written in law he is entitled to it and the amount is also uncertain. There may also be a balance of something over $100.00 coming to Hill from the late firm of Hill & Heath but this is also uncertain as to amount & whether due or not. A claim of $122.50 was allowed to Hill against the Estate of James Reid decd for overseeing of which Estate Hill was administrator. I find also a memorandum for boarding negroes & horses … but the amount not run out it is subject to further ascertainment and both these last claims being expenses of administration of Elizabeth Reids Estate will probably be absorbed in my settlement with the administrator de bonis non of that Estate. The Claims belonging to the Estate of Elizabeth Reid have been handed over to C. McBullard the Admr. de bonis non. "State of Arkansas, Ashley County, Personally appeared before me Robt F.
