DELORIS BANKSTON

Funeral services for Deloris Bankston, 37, of Little Rock, were held Saturday, June 21, at
11 a.m. at Union Baptist Church in Parkdale with the Rev. Curtis Rideout officiating.
Burial was at Second Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of
Hamburg.

She died Saturday, June 14, at University Medical Center in Little Rock. She was a native
of Parkdale and had been a resident of Little Rock for the past 15 years. She was a
homemaker and a member of Greater 2nd Baptist Church in Little Rock.

Survivors include two daughters, LaTasha Bankston and Ladella Stokes, both of Little Rock;
five brothers, Willie Gullye of Parkdale, Jessie Henson and Fred Bankston of Little Rock,
Curtis Bankston of Sacramento, Calif. and James Bankston of Wilmot; four sisters, Melvin
Louise Stanfield of Grandview, Mo., Pearline Robinson of Wilmot and Lillie Z. Porter and
Earnestine Bankston, both of Little Rock.

Pallbearers were James C. Brown, Nathaniel Henson, A.C. Campbell, Otis Anthony, Randolph
Morris and Carl Vaughn.
