Obituary:

L. D. Cooper, 80, who died Saturday at his home two miles east of 
Lowell, was buried Sunday afternoon in the Mullins cemetery following 
funeral services at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Grove.  J. W. Bryant was in charge 
of burial arrangements.  Mr. Cooper is survived by his widow and eight 
children.
