DELBERT LEE MORGAN, 78, of Colcord, OK passed at his home on Tuesday, December 
18, 2007. 

Delbert was born in Delaware County, OK on March 25, 1929; he was the son of 
George Dewey Morgan and Blanche (Allen) Morgan. He married Elwanda Aileen 
Davis in Bentonville, AR on Oct 11, 1949. Mr. Morgan was a member of the 
Colcord Church of Christ, he loved horses, fishing, playing cards and raising 
his cattle. 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 

2 Daughters Carol Sumpter Colcord, OK 
Wanda Ramsey & husband David Colcord, OK 

1 Son Danny Morgan Colcord, OK 

12 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren 

3 Sisters Reba Hill Cleburne, TX 
Loneta Davis Rogers, AR 
Janis Walker Springdale, AR 

Delbert was preceded in death by his parents George & Blanche, his wife 
Aileen, 1 son-in-law Jim Sumpter, 1 brother Leonard Morgan and 1 sister Lola 
Bond. 

Services for Mr. Morgan will be held on Friday, Dec 21, 2007 at 2:00pm at the 
Backstrom-Pyeatte Chapel in Siloam Springs, AR. the Rev. Larry Ellis will 
officiate the service. Burial will be held at the Dickson Cemetery in Cherokee 
City, AR under the direction of Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam 
Springs, AR. 

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Dec 20, 2007 from 
6pm – 8pm.
